Applying and Removing Conditions

• A condition is a single-sourcing feature that you can apply to different areas of your content, so that some information displays in some outputs but not in others, or displays only when viewed on a certain device or screen size
• Authors can apply or remove conditions in Content Editor

Showing or Hiding Applied Conditions

• Toggle button in toolbar to show or hide condition indicators (colors) in the file
• Available in both Content Editor and Review Editor

Inserting and Editing Multimedia Elements

• Multimedia (such as video files)
• Available for authors in Content Editor
