Reviewers can return to a file in the Pending tab repeatedly over time to make changes to it. When reviewers finish working on a file and do not need to make any further edits, they submit the file. When all reviewers assigned to the file have submitted it, the original author is informed and can then close out the review process.

No special permission is required for this activity. All users who are associated with the review process for the specified file are allowed.
How to Submit a Reviewed File
- On the left side of the interface, click Reviews.
- From the Pending tab on the left, select the file. The file opens in the Review Editor to the right.
In the upper-right corner, click Submit.
This moves the file to your Submitted pane. If necessary, you can view the file from there and edit it more. However, once the author closes the review process for the file, it can no longer be edited in Central.
After all of the reviewers submit the file, the original author receives an email notification (if the author has enabled those notifications in Central) and the file appears in the “Inbox” view of the File Reviews window pane in Flare. For more information about the options in this window pane and how the author closes the review process, see the Flare online Help.
